Kerri was great. Went in and got some IMS done and appreciated the thorough assessment and professionalism. Her laid back non judgmental attitude set me at ease and made for a pleasant experience. I will be going back.

Went here for a work safe claim. Great staff, very kind. Amazing schedule. If you have complaints (not sure why you would) bring them up with Sam. He knows his stuff and is incredibly professional.

Very polite and helpful staff. Made my visit very easy and got me fitted for a boot in no time. If you're looking for braces or other supplies, this is the place to go!

Absolute queen of dry needling. I went to see her when my back was so bad I couldn't even put my pants on by myself. I am now pretty sure I could do a cartwheel if someone showed me how. I recommend all my friends to Christelle! I thought my pain was forever but I have been proven wrong. I am now a junkie for her needle. If you have any pain: GO SEE HER!!! I

Sam looked after me after my second tkr surgery. I received fantastic care!I have to go back for surgery on my first knee, so I hope to receive treatment from Sam again. The staff were professional and I would recommend this office to anyone for treatment and recovery.

Booked in for RMT treatment. They cancelled my appointment with barely an hours notice. Said they left a voicemail, which I didn’t receive. No follow up phone call or email notification. I drove across town to be greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist, who said my appointment was cancelled and then sent me the cancellation email as I drove out of the parking lot. Will give my business to somewhere more professional

Kerri-Ann has been incredible in helping me recover. The wait is definitely worth it and she puts a lot of care into each patient. She is truly passionate in what she specializes in. The owner and staff are also amazing people and very friendly. Great place all around.

Been going here for years and seeing Kerri-Ann. Yes, her physiotherapy is the absolute best. If I was a horse, they would have put me down years ago. But somehow, she keeps me operational. However, it's more than that. She truly cares. And so she's not just my physiotherapist anymore, but she's also a very good friend. My wife and I feel extremely lucky to have found her.
