Not good in my experience.

Genuine, caring, trustworthy and honest. No shady dealings. A small family business.They actually put money back into fixing the properties, doing upgrades, and maintaining units.I have rented from them for the past 11 years. In various units and buildings and then even moved back into my old unit when I came back home to London for work. I was so please and surprised to see some of the upgrades they had put into the place in such a short time.They have always been very kind and respectful and have always done everything and anything they can to fix any problem.Also, did I mention they have the best prices for any type of unit and life style you’re looking for. You maybe waiting though, because stuff usually stays rented.Growing up in London, from living in an awesome student rental practically on campus, to living is a beautiful single detached home with my own yard and garden. I can’t express how happy and grateful I am to have met them and I know over my many years so have my neighbours.

Very pleased with their services. If you ever need anything, email them and you will always get a reply. Very reasonable and they have a variety of different units so if you’re looking for affordable housing and because of disability or pension they are a good option.
