Just In Time Self Storage Inc.

We've owned a storage unit from them for a few months now, and we're very pleased! Great ventilation for our equipment, 24 hour access, everything is indoors, good security, and an automated garage door for moving large items in and out easily. They even supply trolleys for regular use of moving your gear. The owners are nice and easy to talk to as well, and there's the benefit of this location being right off the 401/403. All in all this is a great storage location, and as customers we're very happy :)

We rented two big units from Just in Time Storage for almost a year. People and staff are friendly, always ready to help. I've had a storage unit here for a few months now and I'm a very happy customer. My previous unit was at a nearby chain and almost everything about my experience here has been a multifold improvement.I very much appreciate how knowledgeable, honest, and direct the staff are. I previously had a 5x10 unit and came here looking to expand to a 10x10. This facility has in-between sizes and one was recommended to me and has been ideal in terms of space and cost. I like how clean and well lit the facility is, and I appreciate that it doesn't get too cold inside in the winter.The one thing I dislike about the property is the parking. The lot seems to be rented out to park commercial vehicles, transport trucks, and trailers, and there isn't a lot of dedicated parking otherwise and I have often found myself parked in the way of one of these trucks. The lot and building is now under construction, so the result might end up being an improvement but I'll edit the review if it turns out to be a detriment.

Extremely unprofessional. Told me to take my business elsewhere. Went down the street to Access Storage. Super professional and it is cheaper too with 28 day billing. Stay away at all costs.

Good clean storage.Good customer service. I've admittedly pushed them more than I intended, I was sick and frustrated but they remained kind and patient with me. I'll be a repeat customer for that and I hope they continue to prosper.
