South Tower Animal Hospital

We recently joined this veterinary office for our 15 year old cat who has had several health issues for the last few years. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were gentle and kind to our boy and I appreciated that the vet took the time to review his extensive medical history before our appointment so that I didn't have to repeat everything. Great office!

Although we only worked with Dr.Jeff for a short period of time, the service, dedication and compassion given by all staff was 10/10. Thank you for trying to save my baby Marvin and for not giving up. I will be referring this clinic to my pet parent friends.

It's 2 hours away from Toronto but we were recommended here by our main vet. All the staff here were really kind, professional and knowledgeable. We had my dog go here for surgery too and they took good care of my dog after they were done. Usually my dog gets scared easily but they made him comfortable! Would recommend this place despite it being a bit far from Toronto!

This vet and his team are absolutely amazing! They are highly personable and really care about the animals they support. Every time we go here our vet always takes the time to fully explain and go over our options and provides us with great suggestions. He always demonstrates respect for our judgement and decisions which I find really refreshing after previous experiences I've had in Guelph with different vets. We definitely made the right choice by choosing South Tower.

It was a real displeasure working with South Tower! They had a hard time sending a prescription to the pharmacy. Had to call them 3 times to resend a refill for a siezure medication over a week period. My dog had one pill left before they finally had it sent over, but not before I was rudely interrupted twice during a conversation, to figure out why the prescription wasnt sent over to the pharmacy. I believe her name was Pat. Had to request an email of the prescription during the third call aswell to make sure my dog didnt suffer a life altering seizure next day as she would have been out of medication. A week and a half notice for the prescription and still no documents were recieved by shoppers. Highly suggest you go elsewhere!! They are rude, overpriced and clearly unable to perform a simple task of refilling a prescription. Unfortunetely, 0 stars wasnt an option!

Very friendly, caring and professional! Dr. Oren did amazing surgery and helped our Boxer. He took all our stresses off our shoulders. A big thank you for the most helpful support we have had! Excellent Customer service. Highly recommend.

This place has amazing support staff. The techs and the assistants and the admin staff are awesome. I had a terrible experience with the Vet himself. I told him that our dog was anxious and the techs were amazing with him. Once he came into the room I was shocked at what happened. I am not going into details but it escalated very quickly. I followed up with the Vet and he said that it is common for those dogs. And when I mentioned that he was a mixed breed and mentioned another breed he said Yeah that is the breed." He also did not treat his admin staff very well. An issue with billing for another client happened and he came out and rudely approached his staff. Again no details. Anyway

First staff are amazing! The doctor-forgwt his name from Brazil is great, the vet nurses/assistants are also great. We had a few complications from my dogs surgery but they fixed it and were accommodating. My dog is a happy dog since so...

Kind, caring dedicated staff working with your beloved pet. A very positive experience for owner and pet.

I have received wonderful care here. After a year of keeping my dog well, Dr Oren made a house call to put her to rest. This was the most compassionate vet experience I've ever been through. He reassured me when I questioned my decisions and supported me leading up to and following Penni's death. Marion has been so supportive and would ask how I was doing regularly. Penni's portrait now proudly hangs in the dog room. Our two cats continue to receive great care and I cannot recommend this team enough.
