As a supporter of local small businesses, my wife and I shopped around for a jeweller who could create a setting worthy of a very special diamond.We found Ron Hooper and his jewellery store after exploring a myriad of regional stores. Because I got the answers I needed to hear, we entrusted him to create a custom engagement ring. His goldsmith made the mock-up of the setting which we had a chance to modify before the work began.Understandably, it took some time to actually cast and create the ring, but what a result! It was stellar. The stone was mounted to show it at its best advantage and it wowed everyone who saw it. Ron and his team created an heirloom piece to be passed on through generations.Eight years later, we had a problem with one of the wedding bands we also purchased from him. He immediately took steps to resolve the issue and we are both impressed and satisfied with the level of care and attention he gave us.Hooper's is what you want from a jeweller. Knowledgeable, creative and accommodating. He and his goldsmith have earned my praise and thanks.

Carrie and her team went above and beyond and even more to make the most beautiful diamond earrings.I had a very special loose maple leaf diamond. They were able to source a diamond to match perfectly to make a beautiful set of earrings. They built the earrings from the ground up to make a super unique pair.I could not be happier. Probably the best family owned jewelry store I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a few. They really do treat you like a part of the family.
