I was notified 3 days before my wedding that my original florist was no longer available to provide any of my floral arrangements. In a panic I reached out to Floral Images and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I will be forever grateful for the help and quality of product they were able to provide me on such short notice

My friend said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The picture she took looked exactly what I had ordered. As well, customer service was excellent as Floral Images called me for my friend's correct phone number. Once they had the correct number they were able to call my friend to let her know she would be getting the delivery. Thank you for a job well done!

Floral Images was so easy to work with and did a lovely job with the flower arrangement. They had it delivered the same day, provided email updates on the order, including when it was delivered, and, instead of putting me on the spot, gave me time to think up a nice message for the card when I confirmed the order by email. A fantastic experience and will definitely use them again.

I live 5 hours away from where I worked, left behind a very special friend that I had the pleasure of working with, it is her birthday so thought I'd send flowers to where we worked together, I let floral images choose the flowers, amazing job they did, she loved them and was so surprised. The best flower shop in town. One of the key features of this store is their opening hours. They are the 1st shop to open everyday in the city. They have very good collection too. The flowers are fresh and the owners take care of the customers in a friendly manner. I went to buy flowers for my home on Eid day and the lady made a lovely bouquet for us. I will be coming back to this shop definitely.
