Me and my friend inquired about pixel 7 and iPhone 14 pro, Li was amazing with his service in helping us, he couldn’t find the right deal at the time so he took our phone numbers and a week later when a great deal came out he called us and gave us additional accessories with our phone like charger, screen protectors, phone cases, wireless charger. He also installed the scree Protectors. Li is epitome of customer service! I will bring my friends to Li who is looking for phone. He’s honest, transparent and a great sales man!

The guy that I talked to seemed very informative about the different options that a person can consider, whether it be which cellphone service provider to go with, and at what price-point to consider, and what a customer should expect to get at that monthly price plan.He also told me that he could switch over my account and phone number in roughly 10 minutes or so, providing I have my account information and 2 pieces of identification, since I owned my phone outright. I was very delighted that he could do it so quick, and also answered any questions that I had, so that I felt comfortable in changing service providers, and also at a lower monthly plan that suited me best. I think he did a remarkable job. The only thing I felt a bit uneasy with, is how quick they rush through the papers that I needed to sign. That is why I gave 4 *'s instead of 5 *'s. But overall, very good job.

Rohit is the best. I was stuck with public mobile and no one was able to help me to port that number to Fido. Not only Rohit helped me to port that number to Fido but also he gave me iPhone 14 plus with 200 dollars of accessories.
