We had to be towed into Nanaimo because the transmission of our converted minivan failed on the way down the island. Luckily our tow truck driver redirected us to Scotty at C & S Transmission. While having your transmission rebuilt is never a pleasant thing, Scotty managed to make it as confortable as possible. He got into contact with our warranty and professionally guided us through the process with a lot of empathy. We would recommend this mechanic to everybody and are very happy with the results.

Scott was so nice to us. The transmission of our van was broken and we were stuck without anywhere to sleep. We manage to find a camping for only 4 days and no other solution after. Scott tried (and succeed) to fix the van in only 4 days, being fully bookedHe was really comprehensive.The price seems honnest even if I don't know what could be a normal" range of price.Definitely recommend"

Scott Gave Me a quote for a leak in my transmission. Was very straight forward and explained everything in detail. I brought my vehicle in the next week for the appointment, they were open when I arrived before the stated open time. Allowing me to get in early and start my day. Mike Had The work done by 12 pm gave the lowdown on what was done, the cost came in under what was quoted ( Not always the case with transmission work).
