Flawless Doors

Replaced my garage door from flawless doors. They did an absolutely amazing job. Other suppliers were like “come to us” and we will quote you. Shawn, the owner, said “I’ll come to you.” I don’t know anything about garage doors and he was at my place in a jiffy, patiently explained everything involved in the process. Super-fast with his email responses and delivered on-date and on-time. Ron the technician was terrific. Completed his work right on time and did a thorough job, keeping me informed throughout the process. When he was done he went into great detail explaining the dos and don’t s of garage door maintenance, and threw in some educational physics about the mechanism - a little extra knowledge never hurts. Left my garage just the way he found it except with a brand new, ultra-quiet, well-insulted garage door. Thanks Shawn ‘n’ Ron for making my home more safe, comfortable and more valuable. Absolutely amazing experience and very high quality work. Needed a garage door opener installed and called a few places for quotes. Some gave us outrageous prices and others tried upselling us on supports and struts without even seeing the garage door. Then my friend recommended I call Shawn and Flawless Doors and how they did the install at his house and he was very happy with the work. Got an initial quote which was very fair and competitive and immediately felt like Shawn really valued quality work and takes care of his customers. Booked the install date.On install day, the technician (Zack) was right on time, got straight to work, and did such a high quality job without me having to ask or supervise. The operation of my garage door is super silent, no vibration or anything. Solid work. Thank you and will be recommending to all!

Shawn got back to me very promptly via phone and e-mail. He scheduled a time within 1 day to come out and replace garage door springs. He also fixed a few other small things on other garage door, at no extra cost. Great job was done, and price was great too. Joe

Flawless Doors was actually flawless. Garage door spring, along with cables, busted after getting home from work. I called that night, and they came out the next day to replace the spring and cables. The technician was professional, and also gave me some tips on how to keep the spring in good shape (with the proper type of lubrication). I had also asked about the chain being noisy (from the original install, maybe 19 years ago and from a different company) and he adjusted the chain - now our garage door is quiet for the first time - so that was a nice bonus. Overall very happy with service provided and great company to deal with.

I got my garage door spring replaced by Flawless Doors. Shawn was super friendly and transparent about price. Quick and professional service. They also fixed an annoying gap I was having at the bottom of the door when it was closed and didn't charge me extra. Have no problem recommending to anyone looking for garage door repairs.
