Great and fast experience on buying SIM cards, very well trained staff, great example of how should be in every Rogers store

My visit to Rogers at this location was great. Matt was a great help . He was incredible . He was patient and professional. Rogers is lucky to have him on their team

When we went in first, the associate didnt bother to get up from his seat and show us the phone, just pointed and we checked it.For the second time, when we went in, he was with another customer, so we waited. After that, he said he will be back in 2 minutes, never came back. We waited for nearly 10 minutes.Poor customer service.

Even though the store was quiet I was very pleased with the service level I received from Gurlane, a young Rogers associate, who explained everything about a renewal contract and new phone in a very professional manner. I have been a Rogers customer for many years and this was by far the best service I have received from them either in person, online or on the phone. Although he told me he was a full time student at UBC and only working for them part time he was an example of how sales associates should treat customers.

I wish there was a zero star option. I would not recommend this Rogers location to anyone. I added a phone line for my partner 2 weeks ago today. I called to explain the situation of the phone not working at all and to get a new phone as it's within the 14 days of purchase and the man on the phone did not realize I could hear what he was saying to his manager. I just want to hang up on this customer" is what this man said to his co worker. Not realizing I could hear every word he said. After I was hung up on I called them back to say I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism I have witnessed. I will be reporting this store and their incompetent

Three out of five Rogers representative on the phone have no idea how to do their job and create more problems. Frontline workers like Simon do everything they can to correct mistakes.

Had a terrible experience shopping there with family and friends as the customer service from the employee named : Gurlane was insanely disrespectful towards us. we asked to check for inventory for iPhone 11 pro max 256 GB and he refused to check it for us and said ill only check if you are sure you are ready to pay enough money for it per month" that is an insanely disrespectful reply to assume that I cannot afford the phone so he didn't wanna check. all of my friends and family members were present and we spread the word as other customers heard what he said and how he acted . never ever going back to rogers for that type of employee and customer service since they don't value customers."

Google maps shows closing at 9:00 pm updated 7 weeks ago by the location. Arrived at 6:10 pm with doors closed and staff inside advising that they close at 7:00 pm, to which we said it’s not 7:00 yet and received an excuse that we started early today and we are short staffed. No consideration that we had driven all the way to Tsawassen to access the store. Not pleased!!!

Very unprofessional and unwelcome visit. The staff wasn’t helpful. “You ask any questions and there answer will be call customer service”. Might be Rogers just want to have a ghost store at tsawwassen mills so that no one visit their store but yeah probably they show case their name!! Wth

Bought my brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max and got it on my own terms and plans all thanks to the manager there , name Gurp Sher Gill , thanks to him I trade my old phone without any hassle and limited documentation, I was in and out in 15 min, excellent service, will go again as soon as new one in the market.
