What ever you do steer clear of urban effects cabinets. Terrible quality and very delayed on getting replacements for 50% of the kitchen that has fallen apart. This product should not be sold to customers. Read the reviews.

Excellent staff. Experienced in all levels of construction especially when it comes to custom homes and projects. Do not forget about their drafting department! Again another excellent service they provide. Even when there is miserable weather the staff in the lumber yard are always happy to see and help you. Well done!

Well done flooring center!Lawrence was a huge help in selecting the right product for our home. There was zero pressure in the showroom. We went home with multiple samples with no rush to bring them back. Lawrence offered his expertise in a carpet color selection and couldn't be happier. Our luxury vinyl plank looks and feels like hardwood with texture and beveled edges to make it look like individual boards.Dan in service was great to work with setting up an install around our busy schedule with 2 small children. The installers were super polite and cleaned up as they went keeping the mess to a minimum at all times.If your looking for flooring, WM Dyck is definitely worth the short drive from Winnipeg!

We have been dealing with WM Dyck for two years now. We have have had several problems. The custom cabinet needed to be resized a couple of times despite our contractors measurements. That wasn’t the worst. We have several cabinet doors that needed to go for for replacements . We also had a custom order. The cabinet made with smoked glass doors.The smoked cabinet door has been a total nightmare. The cabinet was then broke because of poor installation and construction. We are now dealing with “a pass the buck” situation with them. We need to contact the glass installer and nobody is installing our door. We are already having problems with the quality of our cabinets after 2 years that are bubbling not to our own damage.

I dread each time I have to make a trip to WM Dyck & Sons. The customer service I’ve experienced has always been negative. I find their employees to be rude and unwelcoming. Disappointing as I see many others have rated this place to be very friendly..I haven’t had a positive experience shopping there yet.

Excellent customer service! Well worth the trip from Winnipeg. I received helpful advice choosing paint and painting gear. They answered all my questions and pointed out some great sales too! Always a great experience shopping at WM Dyck & Sons.
