We had a La-Z-Boy recliner that wouldn't recline anymore and we were worried it would be a huge pain to get fixed and get parts etc. We first called La-Z-Boy and they said if I emailed them photos of the chair including the model numbers on the bottom of the chair they'd have the repair department call us back in a few weeks and schedule something.As it was not under warranty anyway I decided to call John's Upholstery and they were super professional and scheduled me right away for the next time they were in my area. They came out to our house and fixed it that day (today) for a very reasonable cost. We were very impressed and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much, the chair has been really hard to get into a recline position for a while and I wish we'd called you sooner!

I had a sofa from The Brick that was falling apart where the back met the arm; the frame's screws had popped and broken over time. I was worried the sofa wouldn't be salvageable, but Ricky from John's Upholstery and Furniture Services worked some serious magic! He called before the appointment time to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, and fixed the sofa frame from underneath and inside so the repair wouldn't leave any visible signs on the outside - all for a price that seemed really reasonable to me (and waaay less than buying a new sofa!). I'm really impressed with the outcome and would definitely book this company's services again if/when I need more furniture repair.
