I have used their services several times for the design & creation of wall (Murphy) beds & closet cabinets. The company's design team along with its installation team have always been efficient & professional producing high quality results. I highly recommend Organized Interiors owing to the quality of their work and professionalism of its staff.

We had a very good experience with this company. They have high quality products and competitive prices. The sliding doors are built locally which we appreciate to support our local economy. We ordered sliding laminated glass closet doors for our condo. We would like to thank Cristina Paz y Mino for working with us to select the correct design and coming out to see our place and take measurements. She did a fantastic job helping us make the correct decision and following up with us through to completion of the project. She is a very professional, and creative designer, who is easy to deal with and super friendly. We also want to thank Andrew for following up with the installation dates and explaining the process to us. Big thanks go out to Pat and Dean who came out to install the doors for us. They did a perfect job. We are very happy with the quality of the doors and the installation. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them.Overall a really great and seamless experience. Thank you everyone at Organized Interiors.

Service provided by Organized Interiors was satisfactory. But I would have expected them to give me a call confirming that the guys are coming to install the cabinets instead of me( customer ) having to call them.The cabinet installation was satisfactory and guys were polite and did a professional job . Another wonderful experience with Organized Interiors! We asked if we could work once more with Design Consultant Karen and they obliged. Karen was professional, friendly, organized (no pun intended), punctual, asked all the right questions to get to know our needs and wants. She beautifully designed four closets and a pantry. Karen sent us the plans and quote in a timely manner as promised. Communication with all OI employees was spot on. Delivery date was as promised. Installers were professional, friendly, always cleaned up after themselves, came up with solutions for some on the spot issues. There was a minor problem with an incorrect flange being delivered. OI already called me to set up a new date for installing the proper flanges. OI is a professionally run business whose aim is to delight it's customers. We won't think twice of using them for a third time!Follow-up: Carolos, the Service Technician installed the floating shelf (back ordered). He was professional, and friendly.

She was well prepared, outlined our many options, and truly allowed us to fully customize our order.This company delivers on quality, professionalism, punctuality, and everything was done on the timeline set out from the start. The installation crew were also professional, courteous, and kept the workspace clean and tidy. Don’t let other companies lure you in with discounted products and/or installation.

I had a wonderful experience with Organized Interiors. After investigating several custom closet companies, I found Organized Interiors to offer an amazing service - fantastic customer service, great quality, fair pricing and an amazing variety of customization options. I had them make custom closets for my midcentury home and the end result was even more amazing than I could have hoped. It was perfect, and for a very reasonable price!Their staff were also responsive, and very accommodating when working with my schedule. Karen, the designer, was the first person I met there and she guided me to the perfect solution for me. Andrew in the office graciously accommodated several changes of schedule that I needed. The install was professional and perfect.I recommend Organized Interiors to anyone who is looking for custom cabinetry. Their store in Vaughn is a great place to visit to see their selection in person.

It was a simple process from start to finish. The whole process from first phone call to installation was fast. The finished product of library shelves and cabinets in our office and bedroom closets are beautiful.

The installer left tons of debris, dirty finger prints, and dents in my drywall. There are dirty fingerprints all over the unit itself as well as the walls and ceiling, and lots of dust/dirt left on the floor. There is a small chip of drywall that has been taken out of the wall. The end result looks messy and unfinished. When I reached out to complain they advised that they spoke with the installer but there was nothing further they could do because I had cleaned the area myself afterwards... as if I should have just left this mess in my house for days until they responded. Their response to the dents in the wall was Damages to drywall can happen on occasion" and that's it. I had to buy materials to patch this myself. Honestly how this was handled after the fact was more upsetting that the damage itself."

I have been so pleased with all my interactions with Micheline Young and her team and how we have been able to work together to achieve the best results for my project. What we have done in a space under 272 sq feet is amazing and I think worthy of showing it off to others to inspire them to do something similar.I don’t think it could ever have been done so well with anyone else other than her and her team at Organized Interiors.I also appreciate all of the communications I have had with Angela and Andrew that have helped make this project so successful. It was amazing that we did a lot of it from a distance online while I was in Mexico and scheduled installations so I could arrive back to phase one completed and the final phase completed recently enabling me to finally unpack and find organized places for everything before leaving again. That all of this was done during the time of COVID restrictions and interruptions is a real credit to everyone at Organized Interiors.Working with their professional installers, Baran and Ogus was also a pleasure.It is reassuring to know how the company stands behind their designs and products to provide service adjustments and attend to all those things that result in optimum functionality. Everyone always seemed to have the best interests and happiness of their clients at the forefront.Congratulations to everyone at Organized Interiors. Management have definitely created a happy team who ensure happy clients. I am so pleased with every aspect of my project and have no regrets or “wish I had...” thoughts now that it is completed.
