I found this wonderful, all-natural sleep aid while on holiday in Canada. I was so happy to find it on Easy Pharma when I returned home to the states. Aside from paying for shipping, it was a very easy ordering process and I am 100% satisfied. I’ll purchase again!

I ordered some medicine for the first time through this, i was supposed to get my order on May 25th 2020, which I didn’t get till today. I also tried calling there costumer services, no one answered there as well, and no updrafts on my package . I paid extra to get delivery urgently, but no luck, i had to order it again from another pharmacy.. very bad experience

I placed my order two weeks ago. It has not shipped and there has been no further communication. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering with Easy-Pharma. I do not recommend this company.Edit: One month after ordering and one day after filing a complaint with PayPal, I received a notice of shipment…of half the items ordered. We shall see what shows up and when.

My items were thrown in a purolator courier envelope and mailed through Canada Post. I had a glass bottle item which was amazingly not broken...the box that bottle was in was all bent up as my other items in a box. Never had items packaged in a such a terrible manner. Won't buy from them again!

One of the worst Customer Service experiences I have ever had…. Two weeks ago, I ordered flour from them at an attractive price. At the time, I noticed I was being charged federal and provincial taxes (which is not normal for flour). I asked them to correct the issue in the Comments section of their order page. After a couple of days with no reply, I tried to contact them by email and then by phone… I tried to reach them multiple times over the last 2 weeks. Nobody replies to my emails, and nobody ever picks up the phone (there is no way to leave a voice message either). Their Customer Service" is simply an empty shell… To be fair

I order on November 8th and I haven't receive any tracking number and they don't answer the phone. I left voice mails, send emails and nothing. They email me asking to review their company services when they haven't at least send a tracking number. I don't think is a real company. I really needed my homeopathic products, and I didn't want to buy from amazon because I though it would be better to buy from a Canadian company.

Very poor customer service experience. I have ordered 2 weeks ago and no follow up on my order. I left emails, voice messages, no response what so ever. I feel scammed and after reading several of the reviews it seems like an ongoing thing. Of course, they took payment from day 1!! At the very least I am expecting a response for the status of my order and have the option of cancelling for a refund like all other online companies I dealt with! The worse part is they seem to be getting away with it without action taken from them. I hope paypal will be able to help me at least.

I would not recommend if you want fast delivery. I ordered from them because they were close by, but they were ready to ship only one week after I placed the order, which was too late for me to receive the package before I had to leave town. A week on, I called during work hours and left a message on their answering machine. They ultimately cancelled delivery and refunded my order. Still, the whole process was annoying.
