Lockington homes is a great family owned ICF builder and a great crew of knowledgeable employees and where above and beyond in helping with some electrical issues , like helping putting the main electrical feed through the ICF blocks , just the conduit . I may have another home done with them ,high winds the house does not shake , rain just rolls off the roof just like it was a planed , very low air condition cost well under a 100$ a month , heating is the same low cost . You get what you paid for !

Very impressed with the work ethic of everyone from this company and Ben was great to deal with from our starting emails to the last day on site. Great attention to detail, crew adapted with professionalism and creative solutions to problems that developed with some site issues on my end. (I'm the owner/builder) Great advice for design and planning for future stages in the building process. They keep the site organized, clean and safe with great respect for my property. Never tackling building a home before, I will admit it gets stressful and can be overwhelming at times, however Ben and crew came through at every stage of the game. I will proudly promote this company to people looking to do a quality build. Top notch service, workmanship and site camaraderie. Thanks for building our dream!

Kelly, Ben and the Lockington Homes crew built our ICF house and installed our radiant floor heating 8 years ago They came in on time, on budget and considerably less expensive than any other quote we received.The Lockington crew installed the Hambro" floating concrete floor in our house. They had never done one before but rather than shying away they jumped in with both feet

The professionalism and the time they took to make sure my wife & I understood the process, design and time table made the experience of building a new home less stressful.
