This place was great! I had emergency brake work that needed to be done and the manager was so helpful and they managed to fit me in the same day. Excellent customer service!

You informed my girlfriend that ger check engine light was on. It wasn't on before she went and it wasn't on after she got in it to drive away..I don't know if you were thinking you could get her to pay for a diagnostics of why it was on. I have attached a photo of after your service to show no light was on

The guys at this location were very helpful with a brake replacement. They offered a fair price and completed the service fairly quickly considering I didn't have an appointment. They are also one of the few places in town to offer service over the weekend which was a huge help at the time. I recommend negotiating a price as they often have promotions and deals that you may be able to have applied to your service. Overall decent spot.

Wonderful all round experience. I had the pleasure of being served by Brad L.Everything was very clearly explained and quick service whilebeing extremely busy. I have been a client at this location for a very long time and had many many repairs done on my cars . They are more expensive but it used to be worth it. Unfortunately since the last couple of years they overbook themselves and you end up without an update and your car . I went in this week for an appointment at 10:30 . It was so busy that I had to park on the grass. I asked them if they were too busy and offered to reschedule. I was told “ yeah we will get it done” . I had to call for an update at 4:30 when they close at 5 to be told that they are looking at the car as we speak but it’s too late to make the repairs despite having the parts in stock! In the past I would have been updated and my car ready to go by the end of day. It definitely puts me on the fence on going back .

Had one of the vans in to get some work done, including an oil change. After picking up and driving for a little while we realized that the oil change was never done it's completely out of oil. Looks like they drained it but never topped it back up. No other fluids topped up either.

Appointment was at 11am, found out at 4pm that they were still trying to locate our tires. They did finally locate them and get it done. This happened the last time as well. I will say that the customer service was good once I called, but I had to reach out in order to find out what was going on. Of course as usual, constantly trying to upsell and get me to do things that don't need to be done on the car.

Staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond! Tena went beyond expectations with a loaner car and when I returned to pay Jay stepped right up to get me on my way…hats off to the Midas team!!

Always an amazing experience when taking my Honda in for Oil Changes! Brad goes above and beyond to explain in full detail the things needing to be fixed, but reassures enough so you aren't too stressed out about it!

Was in a tight spot and needed my car looked at so I called first. After being assured that the car would be looked at and serviced the same day, I called several hours later and the car had still not been looked at, and they since they are busy it could be looked at tomorrow. I would not recommend if you are looking for fast service and following through on commitments.
