it’s honestly the best store in barrie. if you need crystals or anything bell ,book and candle probably has it and at good prices. the 2 girls running it are amazing and sooo nice , i love walking in there it’s my fav!

This is a classic quaint little shop, reasonable prices and it gives a nice cozy happy vibe. It's filled withe books, crystals essential oils, incense and sage. Beautiful chimes and dreamcatchers and also a great resource for natural and holistic health ect..it is a place you should definitely visit. This place is never a disappointment...I love the vibes.

Bell Book and Candle Book
Was in this store for the first time on the weekend based on a recommendation, and what a great store it is. Lot's of interesting things, some of which I've never seen before. I only intended to look around and ended up buying a couple of things. The young lady working there was extremely helpful. I don't live in Barrie, but the next time I visit I'll be making a point of stopping in for another look around. I'll also be letting my friends know about this store. It's worth a look.

This store is full of the coolest things you will ever find. If you happen to be downtown, it has to be a sin to neglect the store!The lady that helped me was super knowledgeable on their product which means a lot because I was going there to buy my first ever sage kit" if you will. They have so many other unique and intriguing products including - and this is weird - books and candles!!!!"

Although not my favourite place, it definitely is my wife's lol. I will say the service in there is superb and the lady who works there is very friendly and inviting. I went in to get a gift for my wife and after selecting a few items was helped out with a nice bag and tissue paper, as well as some free goodies to add. Will definitely be going back in the future!

First time going into the store, the lady working *I didn't catch her name* was absolutely amazing! She was patient, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed. (And more) I'll definitely be going back very soon. 10/10 experience.

Honestly I love this stores offerings and purchase frequently from it, however I must say that I have never had a positive customer service experience. The entire staff to me present a complete opposite nature to the positive wonders they’re surrounded by. When questions are asked they seem to act as if you’re annoying them, and my gosh- they never smile! Very dense energy, will never be warm or welcoming to you. Never say hello upon entering.If there was a similar store in downtown Barrie, then I would choose to shop there over this one in a heartbeat, simply due to the lack of customer care and weird vibes at bell book and candle.

One of my favorite stores! Great products at great prices. Love the used book section too! All organized so you can find what you're looking for quickly, then I get to browse for othe neat items in the store!!And the service is wonderful.... personal friendly service... always!I wish their hours were longer, but I always find a way to get there when it's time for a visit...lol.

Such an easy and pleasant shopping experience. No pressure tactics at all yet when you need assistance you have their full attention. Prices are so much cheaper than similar specialty stores. Glad to say we will be loyal customers for the foreseeable future!
