Apparently one male employee working here shares store surveillance footage on social media, which clearly reveals customers' faces, and makes fun at their behaviour and attire.The videos are uploaded to a Chinese language-based social media called RED (小红书). The man who shares the videos did not even bother to blur customers' faces. When people advised him that he should have at least blurred their faces, and what he's doing is illegal, he replied that 'the customer wouldn't care'.Just want to give a heads-up to potential shoppers, please beware of the possibility of being watched, judged and shared online while you doing some simple shopping.Update (Jun 4, 11:35am): Videos have since been removed from RED. If business owner wants me to prove this isn't false, please leave a contact email here, I will send over the screenshots and footages. I do not want to share them here as it's public space.

I was invited to drive up from Edmonton to this hair store by my sister and wowzers was I ever amazed by the prices. I was pleasantly surprised and gobsmacked by the selection as well. Really well appointed, clean and organized. Please keep your prices low and affordable for frequent return customers. Can hardly wait for my next visit. Well done.

The staff at this location like to vandalize people's cars in the parking lot. Breaking windshield wipers off, loading pallets around a car. Please boycott this store, and teach them some manners.

I love this place. I used to buy all my products from Amazon for double the price but this place is way more reasonably priced. And their selection is insane! I highly reccomend shopping here.

I recommend this store for all personal care products. They have great customer service here. I especially like the customer service of the store manager, Han. I haven’t actually been to this location but their online store has become my go-to website for quality, affordable wigs. Customer service is fantastic and the items always arrive sooner than the expected delivery date. Couldn’t be happier!

Update: Hera Beauty made an effort to make it right and reimbursed my mom for all of the costs associated with repairing the damage to her vehicle.During a snowstorm my mom accidentally parked in a parking spot that Hera Beauty had *unofficially* marked as a loading zone, and their response was to vandalize her car (snapping her windshield wipers off of her car), stack pallets against her car and leave an outraged sign on her windshield. She’s now stranded without a car for a week and no way to get to work while the parts needed to fix her car are on backorder, leaving her with having to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket. What decent human being handles a situation like that?It was an honest mistake. Shame on this business for handling this is such an aggressive way. Please think twice about giving them your business and caution others to do the same.
