AMAZING place. Went there last night with my girls to celebrate my birthday. Very welcoming vibe of the place, excellent customer service, great food and drinks.The manager (who has amazing tattoos ;) was very kind and generous. They gave us shots on the house and a very cute birthday cake surprise which was on the house very well.Overall, a must visit place. Will be going there often now <3

Came here with a group for drinks and shisha during their happy hour. We got to the patio area really early and were some of the only people. Service was fast and they have a good selection of flavours to choose from, also they have premium flavours that have multiple flavours in one. After a few hours the place really picked up and got lively music playing, people chatting, etc. great atmosphere and vibes. Walked past at about 9:30-10:00 and the lights inside really added to it.I noticed there was a dress code on the door but it didn’t seem to be a problem, I was probably underdressed. Didn’t seem to mind I had slides sandals on, but maybe because it was empty when we got there.Also they do scan your ID, so make sure you have it because you will not be able to go in without it.

Tried the new patio style addition to Lounge 18 the other day and was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and music, good shisha and drinks aswell. Will have to try the food the next time i visit for sure. Staff were attentive and efficient. Great calgary shisha spot.

Terrible experience, very racist and prejudice reception. Their main character is a middle aged tattooed man with a moustache who would not let us in because I was wearing an expensive cross body bag. We were nice and understanding however they just got ruder as time went on. Even told us that I could dump my bag then go in. Stay away from this place.

The food was good, I can't stress that enough. but we didn't have a good experience with the bouncer" or whatever he thought he was. He was quite rude. My wife went outside onto the empty "patio" to take a phone call and was told she couldn't take one there by so called door security and had to go outside on the street. The second phone call she went outside to take it

One of the best Shisha places Ive been to, coming from Toronto. AMAZING FOOD, Staff were nice and hospitable. Highly recommended!!

Came in with friends for a night out and had a great time. Our server Cindy was so much fun and honestly made our night. She was very attentive and service was quick. Great drinks and shisha and quick snacky food. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time.

One of the finest lounge in Calgary Downtown. Had really good time with Friends after long day great staff and perfect customer service. Staff too polite and brang snacks and food on time.

Best lounge in Calgary as far as I'm concerned, food is excellent, vibe is right, drinks are affordable, there's a patio and there's a spot inside as well so......you have options!!I think the music could be better, but other than that I'll rate this place a 10/10. I always catch a vibe when I'm out there, especially on that patio, got me feeling like I'm California livin'!!
