StorageVault Canada has been WCYR's go-to storage partner for 5 years now! As a charitable organization, our partnership with StorageVault Canada / Access Storage is vital to continue providing tangible items like free personal hygiene items and holiday supplies to women and families in need. Their facility in Stouffville - Access Storage - is immaculate, clean, bright and accessible. When we need to access our unit, it is easy to get in, to use the lifts, and a wheeled cart is always available to bring things from the car to the unit. The staff are also very patient and friendly! We strongly recommend StorageVault Canada!

We are so grateful for StorageVault Canada. We are a local charitable organization in Toronto that had a discounted storage rental with a different storage company. At short notice, the other company discontinued their donation program and we had to scramble to find another unit - at hopefully, a discounted rate! We were calling around desperately and the customer service rep at Access Storage helped connect us to head office. Elisa (Project Manager for Community Partnerships) responded to us almost immediately and was persistent in finding us an ideal unit at a location closer to us.
