Je possède un purificateur d'air Westinghouse model SP6390. L'indicateur ( les diodes rouge) me suggère de changer le filtre. Je m'exécute mais le signal demeure au rouge. Après vérification le filtre est correctement installé. Je finis par communiquer avec la compagnie. Laisse un message à la boîte vocale

Bought a WH generator, they said as part of the deal we'll send you a free cover for it if you write a review which I did and snt to them which they responded it's on its way... It never came. When following up they said not able to send to Canada.. No where did it say US residents only. I spent 3,000Poor customer service.. They could have resolved my issue better..
