The store is nice and decent.They have clean and spacious store.The people working there including the security guard are always sweet and greeting and helpful .I had been there to check for discounted rate lingerie but it turns out there wasn’t any clearance section or sale.They do have combinations like buy two but then that makes it expensive too.5 panties for 38$

The sales clerk were not welcoming and nice, she was aggressive. I won’t come back this store again, will use the other branches

Just walked out of the store and the whole experience was amazing. This was my first lingerie shopping. Walked into the store nervously. All the 3 girls(forgot to get their names) there today were so easy to talk to and helped me find the perfect bras and matching panties. I am more comfortable now with my identity and know where to buy my future lingerie. I can’t thank enough all the girls at this store.

Such fantastic service!! The 'fairy bramother' is exceptionally skilled at her job. All the staff are extremely professional, kind, and friendly.

I Wasn’t welcomed. I also needed help and no one was around. Cashier didn’t even say hi to me or wished me a good day at the end of the transaction. Seemed more interested in talking to her associate. Don’t know if it’s just Monday blues or if this is the norm but not impressed.

Had a great experience with Samantha today, she helped me pick out underwear and lingerie for my wedding and made sure everything was set for my special day. Wonderful customer service!

Fantastic customer service!! Right when I walked in, the girl who greeted me was so friendly, took my measurements because I was unsure of my size, then showed me where all the styles I was interested were located in the store. Then when I was looking around, another girl, Tania, was able to find me the last bra they had in stock in my size as well as checked me out. While checking me out, Tania was nice and was able to give me a birth month discount (even thought it was last month). Overall was a great experience and the service was top notch!

Had a very bad experience here. Went in with my girlfriend and all of the sales associates were very rude to us (except for one; unfortunately did not get her name). We were followed around the entire time and had employees whispering about us as soon as we walked in the store. They were obviously very suspicious we were stealing despite the fact we had other shopping bags from other stores. They continued to be rude to us up until the very moment we paid for our items. Absolutely awful customer service, suspicion of stealing without any evidence is no reason to follow customers around and make them uncomfortable while shopping. They didn't even try to be subtle about the fact their security and sales associates were following us to every corner we went and watching us closely (which they did not do to the other customers shopping there). Was very disappointed and would not recommend shopping here unless you want to be harassed and have a very uncomfortable experience.
