Lisa was absolutely amazing! She was so accommodating with our date change and very informative when it came to COVID protocols and current mandates. She provided excellent service to our guests and did it with such a friendly demeanour. She even went out of her way to bring items to make virgin blueberry mojitos for the handful of women who were pregnant at our reception. Was very thankful at the end of the evening when she started helping with not just cleanup of the bar but items around the whole venue. She even helped us out with the cash flow of the toonie bar. Would recommend Lisa and her team at any event you have - amazing experience and a great person :)

We had a wonderful experience using straight up bar services for our wedding in July, 2022. Everything about the experience was positive and professional. We were able to drop off our liquor ahead of time, and pick up the leftovers a few days after the wedding. The bartenders at our event were fun and kind, and all our guests had positive things to say about them. We also found the pricing to be extremely fair. 10/10!!

We had Straight Up bartend our wedding reception (January 2019) and they were amazing. Lisa and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and day of. They were easy to communicate with and helped contribute to a stress-free wedding day! They are reliable, punctual and a fun group of people I'd recommend having at any event (especially weddings!). We used Straight Up Bar Services for our wedding 2 weeks ago and we were really happy with them! The service they provided was exceptional. For example they have no corkage fees, they charge BCL prices, return and refund all your unopened liquor, and let you take home any open bottles. And working with Lisa and Adrian was a pleasure, they were professional and friendly, and it felt great supporting a local family-run business.

Straight Up Bar Service was a delight to deal with, in particular Lisa was very accommodating and helpful during the planning process of our wedding.We reached out to Straight Up weeks before our wedding. They were very responsive, checking in with us and offered very helpful advice. Although we were unable to select them as vendors due to our own circumstances, I would highly recommend them to any bride as I was thoroughly impressed with their service during the consultation process.

Hired them to provided bar services for a wedding. Communication was excellent throughout, as was pricing. They excelled at all of the 25 detailed cocktails for this wedding along with beer and wine service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I worked with Lisa and Adrian for quite some time since our wedding celebration was postponed from 2020 to 2021 and we were so happy having them as our bartending service vendor!
