Balnomorals bedbug bed and brokefest. Lived a year here , 2 times in 10 months bed bugs whole building. I'd live in a tent before ever Making that mistake again .

This is owned by the City of Sudbury, and houses predominantly individuals from lower incomes. It is a geared - to - income building, however usually for a single person or perhaps a couple. The building contains one bedroom units. I have friends who live here, and unfortunately there is significant crime, drugs and dealing in sexual exploitation in this building unit. Although it has security personnel, often these events occur without intervention. The majority of residents are appropriate and simply are looking for a place to call home.

Building is run down and there seem to be a lot of young activity I don't feel too safe in that place and only one elevators is only and people fill it up and people fill it up as many people as they can which is very unsafe and in these covid times. I did not see any tenant obeying covid rules so I double mask just to get in the elevator!

Love living here. Great location if you like to walk. As in many apt. Buildings people from all walks of life live here. Young and old. Life is what you make it, so make sure you live each day to the fullest.

The most discusting building i have ever walked into. The security guard was no help and the bathroom had no toilet paper towels to dry your hands. So gross!!!!!

Addicts and knives and guns. Murders have occurred a few times in the building. Terrible place. Units are great but not most people. Cant wait to move from this whole city. Never seen so many addicts and so many uneducated and undereducated people as in Sudbury. Big lack of medical care. The whole city needs to be upgraded. It needs more federal money. The money needs to be spent wisely. Sudbury is pathetic.

Glad I'm not on the street in a tent, but... The bugs just keep coming despite my best efforts to not attract them. There's so much violence and unsavory people! I feel very unsafe living here.
