This store goes above and beyond to make the customer experience special! I asked them to write a message “Good Luck Nikki” on an ice cream cake for a friend and they used two colours to make it look amazing! Complimentary too! Thank you so much for caring about your customers!

Awesome service, with a smile not visible yet apparent in her voice. Great ice cream products married with a multitude of popcorn offerings. Nice combo. Lots of parking and masks are required.

We had been going to this location for years but after this business has been sold to a new owner, the scoop size has greatly reduced. But it is more the attitude that irked me.Scoop must be run through the tub thrice to fill it, and must be at-least 2.5OZ but instead this person miserly scrapes the ice cream and fill it up with generous air". I mean seriously for $10

This location is awesome. Ravi, who is always working whenever I stop by is amazing. He is fast, efficient and friendly as heck! He's always on top of the orders and has a great memory. He helps others who work with him and make sure to serve each customer in order even as they pass by each other to look at flavors.The ice cream is always good and the new flavors are fun!The vegan options are okay but there used to be some different ones it would be nice to see again.The store is always clean also and we see Ravi cleaning at the end of the day when we walk by

My favorite location which I visit often with my family. The place is clean with a Covid policy in place. Amazing service every time. The birthday Ice cream cake never disappointed.
