Terrible place to rent from. They never respond to concerns from residents. They are cheap and do not have enough staff on site for emergencies. What kind of property management company does not hire someone to be on call after regular business hours?? Terrible. They charge ridiculous rent for people to live in places that are crumbling and falling apart

This is the absolute worst place to live. Cockroaches had infested the building I lived in to the point where my wife and I had to wash dishes before we ate and carry a flyswatter with us once the sun went down. They will be everywhere from your bathroom to bedroom on your belongings and you! This is not counting the terrible neighbors and building maintenance that led to pet owners leaving dog pee in stairwells regularly to the point that it was expected and children running through hallways late at night for hours. My wife was also heckled by late night creepers in the hallway.The building staff are just as bad as they forget to give you complete paper work and management fails to compensate for this lack at every turn.These are all first hand experiences. If you hate someone, tell them to rent from capriet.

i am currently renting one of their property and it seems like there are a bunch of crooks working in the office, if you have any problem with the unit no one cares to follow up or to solve your problem. they all (top to bottom) have no office ethics, they might even swear and hung up on you. that happened to me.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Worst company to lease from, just flabbergasted at the way we’ve been treated by people there and the poor quality of apartments and lobbies where homeless people can hangout. People in the offices are not helpful and present no professional customer service.

We are living in north Mississauga Capreit Apartment and we are suffering with the cooking oven at frequent interval for more than last TWO years. Whenever we report to the local management, they get it fixed, but ALWAYS for a temporary period, and again it goes BAD within next few day / sometimes weeks or often months.Continuously requested the local management to provide a new oven, but in vain !!! NOW have approached the Head Office, and let us see the outcome !!

Worst office management at 1757 Victoria Park. The staff does not know the owner of the parking spots, they don't know which locker is empty and available. The snow removal always comes late which made me not able to come out the building for work.Horrible! Disorganized staff seems like they don't know what they are doing.Staff always blaming the system and head office!!I was inquiring for a locker, the staff told me to call back because she said she has to check the system. I've been calling for 6 months and I get the same answer call back. Inefficient staff. They should be trained properly how to run the office.

I am waiting to have my bathroom fixed i had 2 floods in 1 week thewalls nedd to be painted the floor needs new flooring,and the back of the cabient nedds to be fixed as well as the celing.Also my kitchen cabients need to be changed,you think i leave in the slums here,very messey.the office hs picture already.

Wish I could do 0 stars. What a horribe property management agency. No one in the office ever answers calls or emails, work orders take months to complete and are not done properly when they are finally completed. Now there’s problems with bugs/cockroaches. Do your self a favour and look elsewhere for housing. Avoid Capreit like the plague.

Just under a month living in a Cap Reit building, and I'm already regretting the decision. When we moved in, the first thing I noticed was that they had failed to properly clean the parquet floors. The previous tenant had rugs, which left a film on the floor. The floor needed to be re-varnished, and it was not. Further, the paint job looks like it was done by an eight year old. I probably could have brought my nephew in to do a better job. The handle on the door to the parking garage, which is accessible to the public, was broken, leaving the garage open to anyone. I complained to building management, who said they would get to it". After a week

I had escaped an abusive relationship and moved into this place while I wasn’t working and it basically ruined my life. I moved in a year ago have constantly dealt with bed bugs and once those were gone cockroaches. I’ve talked to many residents who have dealt with the same and the fumigator said he had sprayed my unit prior to me moving in for bed bugs. I have received no information about prior infestations. I have received no compensation even though I had to get rid of all my furniture and replace it. This cost me the rest of my savings. I’ve been displaced from my unit for a total of 4 months and I’ve only lived her a year. Stavros the property manager is a heartless individual. I truly wish I had never moved here
