Richard and Ed were here this morning as promised and did a wonderful job of installing our Bruno stair lift, within a week of our first contact with Richard MacKenzie.From his first visit to our home, we were impressed with Richard's presentation, knowledge of the product, lack of any pressure, and professionalism. I called Motion and was put in touch with Richard. We had a situation where we needed to be taken care of immediately. My father was released from hospital and needed a stair machine and other devices to make his return safe.Richard went above and beyond. He explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Excellent experience, professional, kind and looking out for the client and family. Very disappointed in this company bought 2 25ooo$ wheel chairs & a $7000 chair. Bot a 320$ part for my ceiling lift. It did not work right from day one they want 170$ to come to my house and look at it there store is 2 kilometers from my house. That is where I bought the part. not happy Buck

Richard recently installed an outdoor chair lift for me. He could not have been more professional, he arrived when he said he would, discussed what needed to be done, explained some options to me and gave me a quote for the work. When he realized I was stuck inside, he arranged to come back as soon as possible, did the work perfectly, and charged me exactly what he quoted. He followed up with a call a couple of days later to be sure there weren’t any problems. He was friendly and polite, a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this business 100%.

Richard Mackenzie is a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson. He explained the various options I had for a stairlift and seemed to know exactly what would suit me best. His installation team were here today to install the stairlift. They, too, were very professional and polite. They made sure that I was comfortable using the lift before they left and that everything was neat and tidy. I highly recommend them.
