Had a Tension Spring break right during a snowstorm. Luckily Master link had the parts and was able to fix it right away. Great Service and the owner was very honest and easy to talk to. Was able to replace my wheels as well to make my garage much quieter than before. Highly recommend.

We called Mike and he came right away from another job to fix our broken spring on our garage door. He only took 30 mins and did a great job. They garage is now working perfectly and doesn’t make much noise anymore!

My do-it-yourself garage door roller replacement was quickly turning into a disaster. I called Masterlink in Milton (I like to use local services) and spoke to Mike. Right off the bat, based on just talking to him, I knew I picked the right place. He was local and made an effort to come see me as soon as he could, which was very quick. He quickly assessed the situation, told me the prices (which I found very reasonable especially since I didn’t know what to expect) and he got to work right away. He was so friendly, professional and honest. I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I just had. I wish I had called him before I started the project. I’m telling you right now, if you want the job done right, with transparency on the prices and good friendly service, this is the place for you.
