Happytails Pet Retreat
One of the best boarding facilities we've been too. After a horrible boarding facility experience in Canmore (Canmore Vetrinarian Clinic), we drove our 2 large breed dogs to Happytails. The staff were extremely accommodating to the needs of our dogs. We have one animal reactive dog, and they made sure to give him just as much love and attention.Will be back for sure. Thank you!

Our dog loves it here. They were able to accommodate us last minute and are so reasonably priced. Unlike other kennels, they do not have specific drop off/pick up times which is nice. Will definitely be bringing Meeka back.

I have had my dog Jasper stay with them twice and he was treated so well! He absolutely loves staying here and it is such a nice treat for him while I have to be away for work. Thank you for being so accommodating and taking such great care of him.

My dog Harley never got along with other male dogs and seeing him with a male and playing happy diffently put a smile on my face he was vary happy didn't want to leave and knowing how happy he was there diffently will be taking him more often and diffently he was vary happy and vary tired when he got home thank you so much staff was amazing thank you

I'm new to using a kennel for my pup and he is super timid. When I found out one of the staff sat with him until he was comfortable... the best<3 Honestly.... I was so happy to hear that!! Will definitely be utilizing their service again!

We love boarding our dog here. Very friendly on the phone. We book here frequently. Murdoch loves playing with all the other dogs. He comes home safe and happy every time. Thanks for all the bookings!

Happytails Pet Retreat
Fantastic place for pets! I left my 2 cats for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier with Happy Tails. Facilities were clean and each kennel was very well maintained. My cats enjoyed their stay very much and came home happy and health. I have had terrible issues with my one cat being aggressive and difficult to take care of but he was very well behaved to my surprise. I will 100% rebook Happy Tails for our next vacation and highly recommended them to family and friends.

Happytails Pet Retreat
My westie LOVES his vacations at Happy Tails: fresh air, indoors/outdoors on his terms, surrounded by happy dogs. He comes back a little dirtier and a lot calmer. He's a happy, zen, little dude.Based on the dog we get back at the end of his stay, the whole family thinks it is well worth the drive for our dog to enjoy a vacation as well as the bipeds.
