Efficient, responsive and reasonable pricing!Something went wrong with our server room’s power last week, so we were looking online and see any available expert around the burnaby neighbourhood.Frank picked up the call and asked couple qualifying questions to determine where the problems are, and he showed up within 3 hours to fix the problems!Very professional electrician and will recommend to all my friends!

I high recommend Alfa services if you are looking for fast and reliable home system services.Our unit's electric water tank was a rusting machine with leaking issues, it gradually stopped heating water in the past day or two. I contacted Alfa services' support staff and asked for a replacement service ASAP. She responded quickly with an ideal price on my desired product model + installation fee. She also offered the replacement service on the same day I requested which I wasn't expecting at all. It was a very pleasant experience speaking to the support staff; she provided all the necessary information I need.The technician arrived an hour later. He did an awesome job with the replacement; he had all the right tools including floor coverings (no mess at all) and he was speedy at the task. I regained hot water 2-3 hours later.Great services and lightning service speed! 5/5!

We had just installed the heat pump from Vector Home Services Inc. yesterday. Niel and the crew did a good job and answered all our questions. They are worked so late until 10pm to get the job done within one day.Thank you for their hard working. They are all nice and helpful people.My wife is so appreciated that they still keep the place clean after the job even they worked really late already.Jason is the first staff that we meet for the heat pump. He is good knowledge, explained anything and following up all details for us. He ensures I am satisfied along every step of the installation throughout the build.My installation was supposed to be 3 days long. The installation crew (Neil, Charles, Frank, and another gentlemen) were professional. Their craftsmanship is top notch. They went above and beyond to ensure the all the hosing and cable route were secured and aesthetically pleasing. They worked on the installation well into evening (no extra charge) so they could finish the installation for us within two days.The installation was flawless, and the performance of the system has surpassed my expectations. I had to convert 6 old fuse boxes to electrical panels. When Frank finished, he did a really professional job replacing my old fuse box with an up to date electrical panel. The price was very reasonable and he left the place very clean after he finished the job. I strongly recommend Frank's services to anyone who needs home electrical repairs.

We had a great experience Alfa Services. The furnace installation was very smooth & the cost reasonable. We needed a new hot water tank but Jason & his team suggested we upgrade to a tankless system that would be more energy & cost effective in the long run.
