Having suffered from shoulder and neck pain resulting in debilitating headaches for many years and attempting a variety of treatment types to reduce pain without luck, I met with Dr Chapin for chiropractic consulting and treatments. The treatments had an immediate impact. My shoulders felt as if I lost a massive weight with improved mobility.Further treatments including a specific strengthening and mobility program coupled with physiotherapy provides further improvements while strengthening affected areas. My posture has improved and I am no longer fearful of headaches. The treatment and care I receive is both liberating and empowering.

My experience with Dr. Chapin at the High Point Wellness Centre has been amazing. I came to see him because of a running injury and he diagnosed me with having Achilles Tendonosis, which to be honest scared me a little due to the fact that your Achilles tendon can tear. Dr. Chapin was thorough in his examination of my Achilles tendon, taking the time to explain in detail the mechanics and prognosis of my condition.It has been a 2 month since Dr. Chapin started treatment and I can happily say that I am running again, not to my full potential but we are getting there and I'm so happy !I highly recommend Dr. Chapin, with his knowledge and his experience with professtional athletes' you can be assured you are in the best hands.

The team at High Point (particularly the chiropractors) have amazingly helped me and my wife with some serious back and leg problems. I appreciate them more than words can say. I have had multiple injuries in the past which Dr Chapin has resolved (knee, shoulder and sciatica). Recently it was my lower back. November 2020 I ended up getting sciatica pain with some numbness and Dr Chapin treated me with success in a few treatments. But unfortunately in February 2021, I got hit with lower back pain, sciatica, and numbness on my right side. Dr Chapin knew this was not normal and although I don't fall into the normal diagnosis box for every doctor I saw, he knew it was serious. He was the one who encouraged me to get the MRI and try to see any doctor that would expedite my case. Dr Chapin and his team worked together to help me manage the pain with acupuncture and therapy, along with prescription medication until I got my MRI and the results showed I needed to see a neurosurgeon, which lead to having a micro disectomy on my L5S1. Dr Chapin was great with the weeks leading to surgery, not only with pain management but always encouraging me that I will get better and I will get back my normal life. It takes a lot out you mentally when you're in so much pain that opioids is your best friend. But I must applaud Dr Chapin along with my family for all the support they gave me through the whole process. It always makes a difference having a knowledgable and caring doctor looking out for your well being when you're in pain. Thankfully I am well on my way to a full recovery. I would recommend Highpoint Wellness to anyone especially Dr Dwight Chapin!

My left arm suddenly got so weak, I could barely raise or carry a cup of tea. Then I went to visit Dan, a physio-therapist at High Point Wellness Center, for treatment.Dan is a well-behaved, friendly, professional and respectful young man who tries to understand the issues, the causes and explains his method of treatment to me very clearly.Dan uses a combination of massage/manual and acupuncture techniques to treat my arm and shoulders. He shows me extra exercise and movement to practise at home.I started visiting Dan 2 times a week, then reduced to once a week as my arm condition improves. Now I only come once in every 2 weeks. After 2 months of treatment, my arm is 90% recovery to full strength.I would recommend Dan as a physio-therapist for anyone who has similar problems as mine.

I discovered High Point Wellness due to it's close proximity to my office and I am sooo glad I did! I have done massages with Alex there and naturopathy with Noah (Dr. Litvak) and both of them have been incredible. I can only imagine how great and professional the rest of the team is if these two are any example. The center is modern architecture. Parking in front of the building. Laid out on 90 degree angle, the #chiropractor is on the first corner when you turn into the plaza. Do not drive all the way to the back.
