NOFRILLS Brampton

Very impressed with this store. Happened to be in Brampton and needed a couple of PC products. Could not believe how upmarket this store looked compared to the No Frills in my area. It was spotless. You could eat off the floors and the fruit and veg were very fresh looking. Will certainly be stopping there again if I am in the Brampton area

I certainly get what i want. But i faced an issue with the promotion and price tags those were not updated. I look for the promotion and pick up products but when i go for billing the price is completely different. Than in return what i get to know is the promotion is expired already but still the price marks are not changed even after 3 days of price change.

The cashiers always create an issue for price matching. Last week I had a price match from food basics and the cashier’s behaviour was very unprofessional, she was not even replying to hello, she didn’t give me price match giving invalid and unreasonable reply. This attitude will for sure reduce the customers.

This location just gets worse each visit which is less than once a month at this point. Today it’s you have to do return at purchase location unless it’s no name because it franchise store. Shopping at no frills over 15 years and never had this issue and it does not say that on the back of the receipt so ask for manager to find he does not want to talk in person tells cashier I’m going to tell her the same thing she tells me this 2 times before he decides he’s going to come downstairs to speak to me to which he lies and says he never said that. This guy should not be a manager. I’m going to go ahead and say this location is racist since just there a few days ago they return about 8 box of mangoes for East Asian man without a receipt no idea of payment. Previously been stopped while loading my van and accused of stealing water which was the only thing purchased and through a cashier not self serve. More and more company’s blamed their bad service on being franchised. Guess giving a black person $6 is going to kill their top line sale. Only go to this location to add nuisance to your day.

This is now my go to store. They have improved their grocery inventory management to make it much more easier. Scene partnership means you save more. If only they can increase cash registers or add a self checkout that would just be awesome

The veggies are not so fresh and prices compared to other stores like FreshCo, Food basics Walmart are a bit higher. The flyer deals are good but get out of stock quickly. I find FreshCo best for veggies and produce and Walmart has better home brand products. Food basics have better flyer features.

Not too much expectations form any no frills store however this one is better than most. Though cramped and bit cluttered, still manageable isles are too narrow, hard to cross 2 carts however has lots and lots of options and food variety. Self checkout is amazing addition. Do not have to line up for checkout. Staff is friendly. See a lot of familiar faces at the font desk. Not a bad location at all

The place is very crowded and hard to find the items . Vegetables are fresh and able to find most of the Indian spices. the only thing missing is my list of groceries is sona masoori rice .

In a time when grocers are all charging high prices you may look for other reasons to shop at certain stores. This No Frills has the most HONEST staff members. 1 year ago my husband left his phone at this location and next day went back and they had his phone. Last night I lost my phone at the store. Today I went back and there it was, my phone with all the contents including the $70. We will continue to shop here and try to be more careful with our phones.
