TELUS Store

My wife and I got new cel phones at this Telus store on June 1, 2022. To say that we don't know much about technology would be an understatement. We were very happy that Andrea Jones-Seguin was there to help us out. She was very patient, nice and knowledgeable. She set our new phones up for us and explained as much as we could understand. Our old phones were over 8 years old and quite a bit more simple, but with Andrea's help, we seem to be figuring these new ones out.

I renewed my Koodo plan and updated my phone today. Service at the Drinkwater Rd store in Duncan was excellent - Jeremy and Janessa are so welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and speedy. A very pleasant experience and I love my new phone - high adventures to follow with a new phone/camera!

Dealt with Jeremy to switch over from my Rogers account and he was extremely helpful and gave very great customer service. He had my phone and new plan up and running in minutes! Thanks for the help! Would highly recommend these guys!

I was at your location yesterday and was so impressed with the help and learning I received from Michael ..very knowledgeable man!.. looking out for my best interest said a lot to me!!!...he was very informative and worked with my budget.... this was so important for me ... I was just in your Telus store today dealing with Jeremy. I have dealt with Jeremy in the past. He is helpful knowledgable pleasant and very easy to deal with. I called him yesterday and asked him to help me out because quite frankly I’m sick and tired of trying to deal with the customer service people who didn’t seem to be much help at all. Jeremy agreed to help and came through with flying colours I got all of my issues solved. Great employee keep up the good work, thanks again Jeremy.

Kudos to Emily L at Telus Cowichan Commons. Not only personable but also very product -savvy! From suggesting my latest new phone, to informing me of all the available to options, to patiently setting up this new phone as there were a few issues…she was great. She even had the foresight to pre -order a phone case for my new phone - I was set. A happy customer. Never have any problem dealing with this Telus outlet.

I went to this store to get a new phone. The lady refused to help me because my name listed on the account which is under MY business, didn’t list my last name just first. Despite having bought phones here for the last 10+ years and showing them my ID. Then I get telus on the phone and have them add my last name to the account under the list of people with signing authority. Then this gets cleared up, just to be told at the end they don’t have any phones in stock anyways. I told the lady and picked the phone out I wanted before she even looked at my account. Why wait to the end of all this to tell me I can’t get it anyways? Horrible service and frustrating doesn’t even begin to describe my experience.
