Great experience as usual. This time I brought my son in for his first time, he was really scared but ended up by loving it so much that he won’t stop talking about it. Thank you so much to the team for the great service and even better experience.

Such a great clinic. The whole crew are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They give out a family vibe compared to a business vibe like most clinic I've been to. They care for you and make sure your teeth aren't the reason your life is ruined. Would recommend. 10/10

Very disappointed with this clinic.I read all the positive reviews and felt like it's a no brainer to go to this clinic.First time I went - they messed up billing completely putting me in a bad position with my insurance company. They did not own up to it just wanted to charge me and let me deal with the damage that THEY did with the insurance company.2nd time - I went because of a discolored fixture. They shaved it all off, and restructured it in a way that isn't suitable to my mouth (no xrays, no verification that the new structure is actually good for me) I am suffering from pain every day since I let them work on my teeth and have to go to a different professional in hope they can help me fix the damage this clinic did to me.STRONGLY suggest to go to a different clinic.

I was so impressed with dr Heckler !I had an urgent matter and she squeezed me in . I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, patient, knowledgeable dentist ! She took the time to explain all my options , she is gentle and welcoming ! It feels good toHave a doctor I can trust !

My review is 5-6 years late, but I am still traumatized. To summarize: I received unprofessional service by incompetent staff and felt pressured into doing unnecessary procedures.To start, out of three jobs (fillings) at Centre Dentaire Dre Nathalie Kadoch, two had to be completely redone within a year (at Centre Dentaire Dre Nathalie Kadoch). The last one was supposed to be a crown as recommended by Dre Kadoch. But only after she destroyed the old filling, she suddenly realized she could not do the crown. What were the x-rays for then? She recommended an implant. Astonished and definitely not ready to invest the time and 3-4K, I declined. Dre Kadoch refused to put a white filling and put an amalgam filling instead with some medication for the root. She also said that it was so fragile that can fall out any time at which point the implant would be inevitable. The filling never fell out, but then I practically stopped chewing on that side of the mouth out of fear. Also, it was not properly finished and started to scratch my tongue almost right away. And cherry on the top, I developed a bad reaction to the filling and the medication used, causing very painful lesions on my cheek and tongue. Later, I needed BIOPSY for this to rule out cancer.The worst part: my new dentist, having done my first x-ray, notified me that NO CROWN WAS EVER NECESSARY and that he would be able to put a nice white filling! Which he later did. And the lesions were gone within a few weeks!Conclusion: Dre Nathalie Kadoch is THE WORST dentist I ever encountered.PLEASE AVOID!!!PS for the clinic: can provide the account ID in case you can not find any record.

Like many people, I dislike going to the dentist. Having work done in your mouth is a very vulnerable feeling and not my favourite pastime. However, the team at Centre Dentaire Dre Nathalie Kadoch are so gentle, warm and friendly that in their care, I always feel safe.Dre Liu and Dre Kadoch always take the time to explain each step of the treatments to me during appointments because they know it makes me more comfortable to be prepared. The hygienists and assistants are always ready with a smile and some small talk to keep me feeling relaxed.I feel like i am more than just a set of teeth, that I am seen as a person : I am listened to, respected and a part of my own treatment plan.Top quality care!

I have nothing but great things to say! The staff at the clinic are super friendly and helpful, the clinic is always clean. When it come to Dr. Liu, she is literally the best dentist I have had. She is so patient, friendly and very meticulous with her work. She also took the time to explain everything to my 8 year old which calmed her nervousness and made her experience so positive!
