The staff ruined the dress shopping experience- on top of the designers not making their sizing inclusives is ridiculous. Biggest size in most of the cuter dress are only offered up to 10 / L.

Super friendly staff and very willing to help with sizing, styles, and navigating the store. Never felt TOO pressured to buy anything (though that was because I walked in wearing a tshirt and sweatpants)Clothes are generally on the pricier size, but they do have some fair priced items around

Fabulous department store and very helpful staff. Purchased a dress and jacket ready for my son's wedding in April next year. Wish I had this shop in England, I would be in there shopping every week. Can't wait to visit Vancouver again, your shopping experience is wonderful.

I recieved amazing service from the representative. What I really liked was she loves the clothing that the store sells as well. As a plus size lady she made me feel so welcomed. Showed me all the styles she had that would for my body type. I recieved so many complete on my outfit.

I would give a negative 10 if possible. We wanted to buy a dress in the Richmond store. They wanted to charge 70.00 more for the EXACT same dress, but in a smaller size. Less material, pay 70.00 extra!!!! Could not give a reasonable answer for this. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! We bought a dress next door. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Makes no sense whatsoever!!!!!!!!

Took my mom there to buy an outfit for a family wedding and had really excellent help from Tina. She made the whole experience so easy and gave us lots of options and suggestions and we found something nice.

Good experience, beef BBQ was great . I wasn't fan of honey pork belly , too sweet. Staff are helpful , we had struggled with understanding menu but they changed the language for us.

I went there to buy a coat. I was very happy with the help of Fatima! She was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful! The store has nice collection of clothes as well. Thank you Fatima for your care and excellent customer service :)
