I was quite surprised and disappointed by the lack of certain amenities in the room.One of the main issues was the absence of slippers. It's a standard expectation to have slippers available in hotel rooms, When I inquired about the slippers at the front desk, I was informed that they had run out and none were available. This left me with no choice but to walk around the room wearing my shoes, which was not ideal.Furthermore, I was also disappointed to find that there were no makeup pads, shower caps, or toothbrushes provided in the room. These are common amenities that are usually provided in hotels, and their absence was unexpected. It would have been helpful to have these items readily available for guests.Despite these shortcomings, I must mention that the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room was satisfactory.

The location is great. The rooms were comfortable and buffet breakfast(30 dollars including tax) was really worth it. The staff seemed eager to help and were always approachable.Overall, the hotel is worth paying few extra bucks to stay in the heart of the city!

Friendly staff, nice room on the upper floor with enough place to put away two suitcases. Bathroom very nice with shower where even a 2m tall men can stand under. Bed comfy and nice blankets. Breakfast is good, enough choice and even fresh bread (brown, white and with nuts and raisins) ...staff very friendly and sincere. Location is very good...on walking distance of a shopping street and cinema. Enough restaurants in the vicinity.

The room I had was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and large. The bed was comfortable and clean. The entire hotel was very clean and welcoming. There was a little issue with the wifi but it was resolved quickly.The restaurant at the hotel was nice. Very nice employees and welcoming. I found it a little pricey, but overall the food was good.

Can’t say enough about the service, restaurant and general vibe here.Pros:Excellent customer service from the hotel to the restaurant.Rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortable.Decently priced for the quality of stay.Close to everything!Cons:Parking is expensiveWill definitely be staying here every time we’re on the island!

Friendly hotel, centrally located. Decent gym. Rooms are modern and clean. Note that they do not provide conditioner or lotion in the rooms. Only shampoo and soap.

The hotel was honestly nothing special, and for the price, I would probably stay somewhere a little nicer next time we visit. We had a hard time getting into our room the first day, and the staff were very helpful in getting us new room keys. We still had a hard time all week getting into our room, as the cards for the room didn’t really work all that well, so we had to swipe a few times to get it to work. The bathroom door handle was broken so we got locked in the bathroom a few times and had to figure out how to put the door handle back on so we could get out. They also only provide shampoo and body wash in the bathroom so make sure to bring your own conditioner. There is not much storage for clothes, so if you like to unpack your luggage, you may have to use the couch as a dresser, which is what we did. Otherwise, the room was fine.
