What a scam. Even though they are a listed, and verified over the phone with UPS that they are a authorized drop off centre, they charge $2.00 to drop off packages. They also charge $1.00 per page to print something out. No, I will not be going there again.

I can't believe they try to charge $2 to drop off UPS packages. The UPS Store is just a few blocks away, they offer the same services as Envoy, are cheaper, and the staff are more professional and friendly.

Victor is such a professional. Very kind and courteous with all of his customers, regardless of the situation. He is also very good at providing hands on assistance when needed. Victor's customer service skills are world-class. Highly recommended.

BEST UPS/DHL/Fedex SHIPPING LOCATION in TORONTOI've never thought I would write a review about a shipping center. This is the first time I was treated like a human at a shipping location. Victor tried hard to expedite my order and find the lowest cost option. Also the first time someone offered me help packaging. I wish Victor managed all locations.

I had to return a purchase through UPS so I confirmed on the UPS website that Envoy was an authorized drop off location. The UPS website said it was so I hopped on the bus and made my way there. When I arrived I was told that there was a $2 fee for each package. I asked why and was told that they are not an authorized UPS location. Despite there being a mask mandate due to COVID, the employee was not wearing a mask. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this business.

Business charges 2 dollars to ship UPS packages (even prepaid ones) no mention of this on their UPS page.One star because my package was scanned in a timely manner.

I always go for a photocopying of my project in school ..The Chinese guy is very very helpful, he has a high level of patience. It’s better to do some computer stuff, photocopy, research ( if you don’t have computer or internet at home) rather than going to staples, they will ask charges if you need their assistance to photocopy ..
