Steve is very knowledgeable and methodically approached the issue until he found out what was wrong. Because I was from out of town, he was relentless with investigating the issue to provide the best possible service in a timely manner. You can tell that he is passionate about his work. His staff were very friendly and accommodating to help pass the time.

A trust worthy mechanic is worth his weight in gold, and big three is that mechanic. I had a strange sound coming from my vehicle, pulled it in and was immediately told it was most likely the water pump, a $500 fix. The next day I got a call saying it was actually a different part, a $250 fix. Honesty and reasonable pricing have me hooked and quick professional service is just the icing on the cake. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else if I can help it

I have had great success with Big 3 Auto. They not only fixed the my exhaust quickly they found a way to save me money on the parts. They also fixed a problem with my tire at no charge. It wasn't a difficult fix but I didn't know that. I trust them to do the job right and just do what is needed. I think we all want that in our mechanic.
