The service and follow up from Apple Fitness has been excellent. I purchased my treadmill many years ago from Apple. Recently had 2 service appointments that remedied the issues perfectly. Prompt email follow up from the service manager and excellent adherence to safety protocols. Highly recommend this company and will certainly purchase from Apple in the future.

“Satisfaction guaranteed” is not something they take lightly. Great people, fast response and really professional to deal with. Frank and Todd were so nice to show me different products, I was able to purchase equipment contactless and delivery was prompt and seamless. Even when I changed my mind and wanted to exchange my purchase for another equipment, they were accommodating and went out of their way to help. Would have been a different experience if it were any other store or company. Will recommend them to anyone looking for fitness equipment, especially for residential use. Thank you Apple Fitness!

Recently bought a Keiser M3i from this store. Tyler was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable and followed up to find how the build went. Great place to buy exercise equipment.

Excellent customer service. This is the go-to store for custom racks. Their sales team is very customer focused and gives great advice.--It also appears the owner reads and responds to reviews as well which is nice to see. Frank in sales was awesome to work with!

The staff at this location are simply amazing. Accommodating, polite, knowledgeable and always get us extremely competitive pricing. Len over at the parts and service counter has gone over and above on multiple occasions on our different pieces of equipment. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend going in and having a look at their beautiful showroom. You won't be disappointed.

Update: I just got off the phone with Len from service. I bought a preowned 95xi about 1.5yrs ago and the machine is creaking a bit on the left side and it sounds like some bearings are wearing - moving parts wear, that's how it goes. Rather than selling me parts I potentially do not need, Len suggested some troubleshooting procedures first, that I can do myself. He explained how to best use the machine and potential pitfalls to watch out for.Again guys, thank you. 5 stars it is!If I could give a 6 star review, I would.We're in lockdown. Gyms are closed. Over Xmas. So I looked around for either an elliptical or arc trainer and ended up at Apple Fitness in Edmonton. Ron walked us through the different units, educated us on the major differences, and answered all our questions. He spent nearly 30mins with us!We found a used Life Fitness 95x commercial unit in the back and ended up buying it. It was a reasonable price compared to other units.We were told 2 weeks for them to deliver, but ended up actually being only 3 days! We bought on a Saturday and it was set up in my basement on Tuesday morning! The install/moving crew were polite, clean (didn't leave any mess), set everything up where I had asked, and were done in a little less than an hour.If I had to complain about something, the unit was a bit dusty from the Apple Fitness back room, but nothing a damp rag can't fix.Thanks guys, I'll be back!

Great people , very informative, very happy with my purchases, they helped me with my lay out and installation was fast . Alway responds to email questions in a timely manner. I look forward to continue doing business.
