I just love walking into this place! The smell that hits you is amazing! They have an incredible selection of delicious meats and sticks. Lots of interesting items in the freezers too! We often like to get some of the locally made items they carry too! Would recommend... even if its just for the smells!

The best selection and the best customer service in the city, hands down. Cara (the owner), was so nice and understanding and fully created what I was hoping for! The meats are delicious, the dehydrated strawberries are better than any candy and everything looks so elegant. Thank you so much for helping with this and I can't wait to place another order. Wow!

high quality butcher with on-site smoker - they make all kinds of awesome smoked meats, such as beef jerky, montreal smoked brisket, etc. They are also one of the only places to get foot-long hot dogs and they have the foot-long *buns* too! Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I bought 3 racks of ribs and they were amazing. The ribs were very tender and delicious. The clerk was very informative and knowledgeable about how to BBQ them. The price in my opinion was great compared to the big grocery stores, the amount of meat on each rack was good and there was lots of meat on each rack. I would definitely go back for 3 reasons1. Price2. I selected what rack I want( the clerk offered to go into the back and grab a few more for me to choose from)3. Buying local/small business

Always a pleasant face, fantastic cured meats, great prices, and the best part lots of gluten free food!!!! I’m very happy I found this local business as it’s added much value to my life as I can eat sausages, hams, sandwich meat again!
