Ordered a unicycle frame, seatpost, and seat clamp. The frame came scuffed up with paint chips and the order was missing the seat post clamp. The store took care of the issue promptly and was very happy with the service.

I think we were a bother, asking him questions and prices bothered him, we spent 250$, I had a higher budget but I just couldn’t bare being there anymore.

Staff not knowing their stock. Had to look at their website to find the item number and then find it myself in the rack. Cherry on top was their internet not working so needed to get cash from an ATM in a gas station.
