Nifty Bits Vintage Shop
I ordered something off of their Instagram. I asked if my friend could pick it up for me as I am not living in the area of the shop. When my friend went to pick it up the shop was closed during store hours. I contacted the store owner to explain what had happened, and they politely explained what the circumstances were and offered me my money back and even let me come pick up the item past their store hours. Good customer service despite an odd situation.

Absolutely love Nifty Bits Vintage! They consistently carry beautiful items and price them reasonably. I’ve added a number of nostalgic pieces to my home and will continue to support this business for a multitude of reasons. They are always able to provide additional details, measurements, etc. about their products and are honest about any imperfections (that come with well-loved, older pieces). Great shop! Great people behind it!
