If you ever contemplated suicide this company might put you over the edge I took trailer from ft Mac to them to repair fridge spent 1900.00 and 4 trips to Edmonton and fridge doesn't workStillthey need to fold up the company because they are incompetentFrustrating

Not sure what the “cool it” in cool it RV stands for but I called to ask about a air conditioner part and was told they didn’t deal with air conditioners and was rudely hung up on before I could say ok thank you. No wonder this place has such terrible reviews
