Absolutely Brilliant Service! We only went in to find out the process of getting ourselves a vehicle with low hope but immediately got to meet everyone necessary for the process and in a matter of days got to drive home in a vehicle my fiancé and I fell in love with. I can't speak for every salesperson that works here but if they are all even half as friendly, efficient and as encouraging as The Grand Master Michael Eng then you will be well taken care of. I had a very positive experience buying a pre-owned car from Rally Honda in December 2022. Mike Eng and his team were professional, friendly, and transparent from start to finish. As a first-time car buyer, I valued that Mike answered all my questions in-depth and had a no-pressure approach. I felt that the team was trustworthy and looking out for my best interest rather than just looking to make a quick/big sale. I had a few minor concerns with the car after the initial inspection, all of which were promptly and completely addressed at no extra charge. The tires were pretty worn, so they threw in a brand new pair! From Rally Honda I received unparalleled customer service and amazing value for money (especially in this market). I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or maintain a new or pre-owned car!

We purchased a new CRV from Scott at this dealership! For me, car buying can be a negative experience but Scott was open, transparent and honest throughout the process. Our vehicle arrived within about 2 1/2 months of ordering which was significantly faster than what other dealers suggested it would take. This time, the process of selecting, trading-in and buying a new vehicle was extremely pleasant! The “pick-up” process was quick and easy and we are absolutely thrilled with the final product! Smith Falls Honda is amazing! I cannot say enough their staff (Michael Eng and Jason Martens). I travelled out of town (122 kms - one way) to their location to service my 2018 Honda CRV.Michael Eng was great! Mike was really personable, extremely professional and very helpful. After suffering an extremely difficult situation at another local dealership, we found ourselves going to Rivington Rally Honda. We walked in without an appointment with a vehicle in mind that we wanted to test drive. We were greeted warmly by the Sales Manager Ken Laszlo. He explained that their sales representative was off for the day but that he lived nearby so he said he would call him to see if he'd come down to show it to us. He offered us a coffee or tea while we waited. He wasn't able to reach him but offered to show us the vehicle we were interested in. He took his time explaining all of the features to us. After the test drive we were introduced to Michael Florance who looks after financing. We basically had a deal done in less than 2 and 1/2 hours from the time we walked in. Both Michael and Ken have incredible senses of humor and we felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We were blown away by the level of service we received and we cannot say enough good things about Ken and Michael. They took a very negative experience and turned it into an extremely positive one. Not only did I get the vehicle I preferred; I traded in my old car for the best price offered & was all set in timely fashion.Pros: No-pressure sales, clean & visually pleasing building & lot, sales staff, customer service, service centre provided professional & friendly service. They are helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming for 7 years. Stood by their product for 7 years. They offered a loaner vehicle while serviced at Rally’s service centre, if need be. Saving me time, money & aggravation. The service centre saved me hundred of dollars by being honest.I would still have my Honda if I’d wasn’t for an unfortunate accident. Which cost me my car & my favourite dealership/service centre! The hardest day was finding out they didn’t have any used Honda Civics available for sale. Honda gives you the best value & safety, without breaking your budget. There is a reason why Honda customers look no further. My first time there.I was having an electrical problem with neither of two 12v auxillary power plugs working on my 2016 Honda CRV.All good...thank you...Awaiting new sockets parts to come in.My extended third party warranty items covered under warranty pamphlet was misplaced by the staff during my visit so I quite hope to receive a replacement showing the exact same items covered as my original did.The staff assured me this would be the case. Nice, thank you.Looking forward to seeing you soon to have the repair work carried out partially covered under warranty, if I don't use up too much of my remaining warranty (which I have never used yet) with this $189 repair issue...as was mentioned to me may well be the case. Hope not. I will see.Thank you.

Went in today for my first maintenance since purchasing my CR-V. Service department is very nice. Shawn and Breanna assisted me with how things work. Work was done quickly, no waiting, Shawn explained bill and came out and torqued my winter tires. Overall satisfied, only thing they could have done to get a 5+ rating would be to wash my vehicle before returning it to me. Yes, there are dealerships that actually do that for you.

Having no choice but to shop for a new car because my Ford left me draining the bank I decided to take a chance and check out Rally Honda. Walking in and being greeted by Scott Cyr gave me a sense of hope that I was in the right spot for a car. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable and just made you feel like you were family he made the whole process simple, easy and quick. No joke it was quick from walking in one day to signing papers the next day to picking up my new car. I just picked up my 2018 Honda Civic and I am so in love with this car and it is all thanks to all the amazing staff at Rally Honda especially Scott.
