Laurie was very helpful, we had chosen a space a little too small and she was able to find us a larger unit which thankfully was right next to where we where. So thankful we never had to move very far. This storage unit was very clean. Ramps are very well maintained, inside the unit it is nice and bright .we would recommend Storage Guys Welland North to our friends and acquaintance. VeryHappy☺️

In February we were looking for a storage unit in Niagara region and we came across this company. I went to visit the unit and loved the location and safety of the facility. I was overwhelmed at first to leave our belongings in a unit however management made this a wonderful experience. It is extremely easy to load/unload the items and we have daily secured access to our unit. The payment process is simple and efficient. I am beyond happy I went with Storage Guyz! Thank you

I called to get some information and left a message. Within 5 minutes Laurie called me back and set up a viewing for me. She was very helpful and accommodating to my schedule. Excellent customer service and the units were perfect. Good pricing and very secure facilities. I would recommend this location.

Facility is the cleanest I've ever seen. Staff very accommodating and understanding. Payments are easy with etransfer. Was given a tour before deciding. Rates a very decent. And they provide a proper lock which is super convenient.

Had to find a storage solution quickly for my travel trailer as my old place was no longer doing outside storage. Phoned around quite a few places and Storage Guyz- Welland were hands down the best option. They have 2 facilities in Welland, North & South. We are in North. Rates are competitive, facility is well secured and monitored. The staff are great. Laurie was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. Looking forward to many years with them.

Great experience.. Laurie was amazing, and thorough, explaining and helping with the process. Very clean, and safe feeling (I went to a very sketchy one prior to coming here) Highly recommend!
