NW AUTO & MUFFLER ( Bismillah)

I had tie rod ends replaced recently. They did NOT do a good job on it. I had to back twice to have them check again. Now after 2 months the tie rods are still banging about.I had to go to another auto repair shop to get them fixed ! I fully agree with Austin's review!!!! I am never going back to them. They still have 3.8 stars, I think they should be downgraded to 1

Could not recommend them enough. I have gone to them time after time again with all my cars and never felt ripped off they always gave great service at insanely cheap rates I was surprised when the owner charged me $30 where other shops would charge at least 120

I called to ask for an appointment. The person on the phone told me to come in whenever which was great. When I did I was standing in the reception area no one came to help. I had many people walk pass working and just looked and no one asked if I needed anything. Waited and waited, fed up, the place isn’t the cleanest and Parking is a pain. I called another place and went there instead and I’m happy I did.

(Edited after several visits)Here's how a typical phone call to NW auto goes:Me: Hey you guys have time for an oil change/tire swap/anything today?NW Auto: Hmmm. Maybe. Come down and we'll see.it's understood you don't come here for niceties and complimentary coffee or snacks, but because of the cheap service. The problem is, you tend to get what you paid for.I've been here a number of times for various issues including engine work, tires, and minor sensor issues. Unfortunately, I've also had to come BACK each and every time to fix an issue that never existed. The engine work resulted in fixing one component, but then resulted in an oil leak down the road and AC failure (never existed before). Fix another thing, then all of a sudden problems show up elsewhere.I will deal with long wait times and bad communication if it gets the job done. I cannot deal with bad jobs that continuously cause revisits. I won't be visiting again.

Went as a walk-in, they took my car in and fixed my muffler. I asked for oil chane, and they were able to do it. Very affordable and good service.

They are absolutely amazing. It’s busy but they are very time efficient. The price is great and the staff is welcoming, and respectful. We’ve been coming here for years.

I have a deal with Minute Mufflers (the professionals) but they are closed weekends, so I called these guys, called them to ask about pricing and it’s nothing like minute mufflers or other places. The others said they will cut off the mufflers and have free tests on different mufflers to see if I like it but the cut and installation was only $80 total. Compared to this place, $100-200 for just the cut and installation. I told them I’ll buy everything myself just needed someone to do the work and that’s what they said and because they didn’t like the idea of ($80) the hanged up on me. It’s not what I call professional, shouldn’t just hang up without explanation. I told them everything and explained what they were dealing with, dude said $200 or no go and hanged up. So now I’m waiting for the real professionals.

I went there for a rattling noise on my exhaust system. It turned out to be the flex pipe that needed to be replaced. Mr Rahim and his team did an amazing job. They started working on my car right away and 45 minutes later I was back on the road. I can not find enough words to thank them for their kindness, professionalism and quick response. I strongly recommend their shop for any of your car repairs. In a scale of 1 to 10 I will give them 11.

customer service is definitely a 10/10 the mechanics all hard working and even give you their own opinion on what they think would be better for you rather than letting you get whatever you wanted and not be happy with it. got my muffler deleted today, was busy but they still got my car through as soon as i got in! I even got discounted and surprised I haven’t heard of this company way sooner. great doing business with you guys!

Beware, fellow car owners! These guys worked on my car, replacing the compressor, but that didn't solve the AC problem. They then insisted it was the climate control unit, so I agreed to have it replaced. Nonetheless, the issue persisted.To add insult to injury, despite my explicit request, they neglected to perform a wheel alignment after changing four crucial suspension components. As a result, my control arm bushings wore out prematurely. These so-called mechanics" are beyond incompetent.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Find a competent mechanic who values clear communication and won't mess up your precious wheels. Your vehicle deserves better treatment!"
