My friends and I have gone to East Village Pub and Eatery a couple times and it is by far the friendliest and chill place to be late Saturday morning. Their food is very good, consistent in prep/plating, and their staff are accommodating and personable. IMPORTANT: They always made sure our tea and coffee was topped up and warm throughout our dining experience. Highly recommend the Villager Breakfast, Avocado Toast (they can add bacon!), Scrambler, and the Eggs Benedict! Also, add a Bailey's and Coffee to go with any of those dishes. :)

Keisha was simply fantastic! There was 25 or more of us for a Christmas get together and we didn’t have to wait for any drinks or help. She ran around and smiled all night taking care of us. I haven’t had service like that in Fort McMurray for many years. I feel good spending money locally when people like Keisha are running the show

We had a fantastic experience at East village today for lunch. Our server Taylor was fantastic!!! She was charismatic, attentive, engaged in conversation with us and made us feel at home! She also shared her personal suggestions from the menu to help us decide!! It was my first time dining here but it definitely won't be my last! Customer service at it's best right here! Way to go EVP!

Stopped in after work on a recommendation from a client, was a bit under dressed as I was still in work clothes, sat at the bar, Dillon was very friendly, professional and despite being very busy he provided excellent service!! The food quality was beyond excellent, presentation top notch! I will tell everyone about this place!! Hope to return the next time I'm in the Mac!!! Thank you for everything!!!

I don't tip 0% much of my life but yesterday was the third time and the whole table tipped 0%. That's how bad the service was. That's how bad the food was.This is my fourth time here. I like the atmosphere and the food but yesterday was something special. The Waitress took the drink orders, took forever to bring them over and she only had two other tables. She brought the drinks and left without asking if we wanted any food and then me and my friend sat there for 25 minutes trying to get her attention to order food. Eventually we grabbed a different waitress so we could order more drinks and food and then our original waitress came over asking that waitress what's going on? What's going on is we're hungry....... By the time the food came out it was cold. Safe to say I'm done with this place.

Love the food but this place is really about the atmosphere. On a Friday or Saturday night it's the spot to be. It can take an hour to do a lap of the bar because you'll keep running into old and new friends. Great live music as well - one of the few spots in town to dance! Staff is amazing, treat you so well. Food is great, get the blackened chicken it will not disappoint. Live music on weekend is a great night out !

Great service.Restaurant is great for accommodating allergies.I have shellfish allergy and they completely understand food allergies, a member of their team also has a severe food allergy.They take great caution.They have a separate fryer they use for fish, not many restaurants in Fort McMurray can accommodate this.Food is fantastic!

Very generous food servings and tasty. They have live bands sometimes in the events and apparently the place can be packed in the weekend evenings.

They really know how to satisfy everyone's taste buds. I ordered nachos, mac and cheese and Brownie boat. All of them had more than adequate portion size and tasted amazing.The service is good, the food is good. A must visit.
