The spa was nice & clean. The aesthetician was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The treatment was comfortable & enjoyable. It was very relaxing & I am looking forward to my next experience with Kelly at Neos MedSpa.

Kelly calmed my first-visit nervousness and made me feel well taken care of. The laser removal service was SO much better than the waxing and sugaring services I've experienced before. It's faster, less painful, the pain doesn't linger after, and if you get a bundle deal with multiple visits it is cheaper too! Plus unlike waxing, you're supposed to shave between visits. So, you don't have to spend weeks with hair you don't want. 10/10 would recommend.Will update with results.

I had a pure facial as part of a training session for a student. First off the salon is very clean and inviting with nice displays. The treatment room was large and comfortable. I have known Kelly for over 3 years now and had the pleasure to be trained by her for the last few months in Facial Therapy, Dermaplaning and Microdermabrasion.All the courses have been very well explained, easy to understand and what I also loved was the fact that each treatment has a video attached where Kelly walks you through every step.
