I had Wendel do my home inspection a few years back and was so pleased with how thorough he was, not a corner was missed! I have since become a real estate agent and have dealt with Wendel from a business perspective and am very pleased. He always takes time to answer my clients questions, and his years of knowledge as a carpenter have come in handy. I would absolutely recommend Wendel as a home inspector!

Wendel was very professional, and helpful. He went through the entire property with us in great detail. As first time home buyers, his expertise definitely put us at ease. He was also very accommodating with scheduling our inspection. Another bonus that he is WETT certified which was a great help to us and allowed us to get more information on wood stove heating systems. He sent the inspection documents over within hours which were very detailed and easily laid out for us to read. He also took plenty of pictures because he knows what insurance companies require. He is also available for any questions and inquires after. Would recommend Wendel to anyone needing an inspection. Thanks so much again!! :)

I went with my brother-in-law for his home inspection with Dependable Wendel. Wendel was extremely condescending and acted as though we had the same level of knowledge he had. We are nice people, we just don't know much about house construction. We left with a home inspection no better than anyone else I've seen do, but felt stupid after being around him. I would definetely recommend using someone else who realizes that they were hired for their expertise because you don't have the same knowledge they do. Overpriced and rude.
