Cool store, staff are nice and helpful and they have a great stock of items.

Great clothes but the young men who work there are very unhelpful and just give me “when can I take my next vape break” vibes

Went into the Langford location to return some items that I had received for Christmas. The manager Tina ( I saw her name on my receipt ) was extremely rude and condescending. Not to mention, there was a lineup of 5 customers outside waiting for her to open the door at 10am , yet she waiting until 10:06 to open the doors.I was needing to exchange all three items but as I looked around the store and noticed they didn’t have any items in my size, I opted for a full refund instead. She asked ridiculous questions numerous time as to why I was returning the product, and when I said it was too small numerous times, her responses was ridiculous. At first, she told me if she wasn’t going to do the return, and then she decided too for whatever reason. Her attitude and demeanour towards paying customers is unbelievable. Unfortunately this isn’t the first unpleasant experience I’ve had with her which is why I decided to finally leave a review. Do better Tina. You’re extremely rude and disrespectful to your customers.

Always an interesting selection of new clothes and often lots of great sales as well. Tons of cool socks too

If I could give no stars on this store I would. The manager was absolutely unbelievably rude. Insinuating that the stained product I purchased was done by me. Saying things like look lady to me. I have never in my entire life of being in the retail industry. Come across a manager who treats a customer in that manner. If I was the owner of this company I would be irate and this employee would be terminated. Horrible, horrible horrible store location

The short blonde was very depressed and seemed to think people with money were there to steal very bad employee

Just at the boathouse in Langford yesterday. I was going to walk out of there with just one tank top but ended up spending $400. I got everything that I needed and was helped by Noah. He was super helpful and is awesome at his job ! The boathouse is very Lucky to have him working for them! Thx again Noah !
